I lead an award-winning, integrated, design team of eight managing advertising, promotional activities and brand management for private and public sector clients across the UK, including Metro Newspaper and The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust.

Head of Graphic Design (2006-2014)
I managed a team of four graphic designers in a high paced studio. My main role was to organise and produce design ideas from conception through to completion. Working closely with clients and suppliers to develop brochures, websites, social media assets, advertising, direct mail etc.
Datel Design and Development Limited, Stone
2005-2006
Graphic Designer
I created a whole variety of product packaging, advertising and catalogues for Datel’s range of innovative gaming products. Working very closely with clients and other employees to tight deadlines, in a fast pace business environment. New products were constantly being introduced, which needed branding and promotion, so clear communication and planning was important. I would output films for litho-print as required, due to Datel having an in-house print department. Knowledge of print production was advantage, especially when new concepts were being developed. The job was always controlled from start to finish.
Poundland Limited, Willenhall

Design of packaging, POS, brochures and corporate literature on a daily basis, working to tight deadlines at a very fast pace to ensure the workload is prioritised to the needs of the customer. Liaising with printers and suppliers at home and abroad, to ensure they are working to a schedule and aware of future jobs. The design of new templates for future products or store POS graphics.
